PRAI: Firemen had to help free a 3-year-old girl’s legs after they had gotten entangled and stuck in gaps on a gas cylinder while she was traveling in her uncle’s car on Tuesday.

At the time of the incident, the child’s uncle was driving from Balik Pulau to Bukit Mertajam to move some things, including the gas cylinder.

It is not known how the girl’s legs ended up stuck.

A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said they received a distress call, alerting them to the incident.

“The uncle drove straight into the Prai fire station to enable firemen to free the girl. We took about 15 minutes to free the child,” he said.
