DAIHATSU (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (DMSB), a Hino Motors Sales (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd authorised dealer, has launched a new sales, after-sales service and spare parts (3S) centre in Ipoh.
“This new showroom is to further help not just improve sales but also enhance our overall customer experience. We have come a long way in establishing our partnership with Hino Malaysia.
“One of the main considerations of this new outlet is to unify sales and after-sales service under one roof to form a comprehensive 3S centre. This further solidifies DMSB’s commitment to strengthen customer service by offering reliable products, with quality service as well,” said DMSB executive director Makoto Ogawa in a statement.
DMSB, which served as the dealership for sales and after-sales service of Hino trucks and buses since 2010, has expanded its branches to eight outlets and six authorised service centres nationwide.
Previously, the sales and services department was located at two different locations in Ipoh. This new new 3S centre acts as a one-stop centre for sales, service and spare parts. It is sitting on a built-up area of 84,942 sq ft, and is equipped with 11 bays, as well as three hoists.
“We at Hino always aims to contribute and deliver the best for our customers’ business. Besides endeavouring in developing high quality metal products, we are also concern on after-sales values,” said Hino Motors Sales Malaysia managing director Ken Iwamoto.
The new 3S centre was officiated by Iwamoto, together with Ogawa and DMSB general manager Arman Mahadi.
The relocation of the branch office will facilitate the DMSB team to exchange experiences, methodologies, and work practices as well as guide them in seeing future progress. In addition, the new location is a catalyst in accelerating business, and accommodate rapid growth.
